To register for any of our clinics you will first need to have your HCR number. This number can be obtained from your club/district Registrar. You will need this number to create an "elearning account."
Once you have completed the registration form, an HCR confirmation will be emailed to you. If the clinic is held here at the office, you will then contact this office to pay for your selected clinic/s. Our office is available for debit, or you may use Mastercard, Visa, cheque or cash. Payment MUST be received in order to attend the clinic/s. Receipts will be distributed at the end of each clinic. If the clinic is being hosted by a district, then you will need to contact that district to pay.
REFUND POLICY
Registration and payment may be moved to the next available Hockey Edmonton clinic provided one (1) week prior notice is given. Requests must be sent by email to: emha@telusplanet.net
No refunds for cancellations will be issued without one (1) week prior notice of cancellation. Notice must be provided via email to emha@telusplanet.net.
No-Shows will forfeit the entire registration fee.
Refunds are subject to a $25 administration fee.

All clinics are held at the Hockey Edmonton office unless otherwise posted. Our address is 10618-124 Street. Our phone number is 780-413-3498 and email is emha@telusplanet.net. Please do not park IN the Alberts Restaurant parking lot or along side of it on 106 Ave, if attending a weekend clinic.
QUALIFICATION/CERTIFICATION DEADLINE
For the 2010-2011 season is December 31, 2010
ATTENDANCE
Attendance is MANDATORY and taken randomly throughout the clinic. Please make arrangements for your team practices, games, photos, etc. as you will not receive qualification/certification if any segments are missed. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
MEALS
Beverages, coffee, water, asst pastries will be provided - "brown bag it" is recommended as meals are not provided. As well, there are several restaurants surrounding EMHA and various delivery menus are available.
